I hope anyone who reads this can help me here, because I'm losing my mind over this... apparently, everything Internet-related refuses to connect, no matter what I do (power-cycle the modem, power-cycle the router, try repairing the connection, unplugging/replugging the Ethernet cable)! What's worse, Norton Internet Security will not start up, and I can't run Disk Defragmenter... God, I hope it isn't a virus, because my brother would kill me (and it isn't even my fault!)! The only way I can get Norton to run is if I start Windows in Safe Mode, and when I did, it caught something, but after I resolved the issue, it still refuses to connect through everything except Google Chrome, and even that crashes after a while... anyways, if anyone can help me, PLEASE DO SO!!! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY COMPUTER OR MY SANITY!!!1!1ONE
